For online orders:

• Ship details: We ship same or next day, 2day fedex with signature and insured.  You are welcome to contact your main local fedex facility to hold package for you in case you can't sign for package.  
• Estimated delivery time is provided by FEDEX. It is provided as a reference, not a guaranteed delivery date. We do not guarantee delivery date for every transaction.  We are not responsible/liable if a family member/friend opens package on your behalf and breaches our return policy. We are also not responsible if you give us the wrong shipping address as well as the excuse that you can’t return because you live outside the US or on vacation etc.
• we deserve the right to cancel order, if incorrect address, lack of confirmation of terms of sale, or incorrect  phone number on file  Note:  
• We ship next day and sometimes the same day that you pay. US Shipping only unless otherwise stated. We operate mon-fri, please have patience if we don’t respond to emails on weekends.
